Unfortunately there are some who may not be current on their dues. We take every measure possible to address the slow or no pay homeowner. If necessary and with the approval of the board, we can hand over past due accounts to have a lien filed.
With our comprehensive accounting software, we are able to give up to the minute reports on bank balances, profit and loss reports, outstanding balances, etc. Monthly reports are emailed to the board and we make it available to any home or condo owner at their request.
While most folks want to keep their community clean and compliant, some folks may not be on the same page. A regular site inspection by our staff helps to address items of concern. Through calls, visits and letters, we do everything possible in the most diplomatic way to educate the community about specific HOA rules and regulations. If the board so desires, we can issue violation letters.
